Pre ordered my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra on the 15th of Jan and then got a test to pre order my fre buds and smart tag went thew all that give me a tracking code and said they will be back in contact with in 7 days 11 days later and still not heard any thing and when I go to track my progress via my 9 dig number and email it's saying some thing wrong
