Just in the nick of time aswell considering I have just lost the right bud of my S10+ pre order. 👍

So glad I moved from Apple to Samsung when I got the S8...have never looked back and probably never will.

it seems to be taking approx 3 weeks from validation to shipping. my claim was validated on 1st Feb and received despatch confirmation from Samsung today.

My one was validated on the 3rd. looked again last week, now validated changed to 17th. I hope i don't have to wait longer.
