Got the text today saying my buds and smart tage have been dispatched, look forward to receiving them.

Just in the nick of time aswell considering I have just lost the right bud of my S10+ pre order. 👍

So glad I moved from Apple to Samsung when I got the S8...have never looked back and probably never will.

I did the claim on Saturday 30th January and it got validated immediately so 3 weeks it's taken.

mine was validated on the 8th, two weeks ago. Hoping to get an update later this week🤞

I got validated on the 4th. Still not heard nothing yet. but looked at the tracking again and my date has now changed to validated on the 18-2-21 so hope this doesn't mean I have to wait 45 days from the 18 now.?
