Pre order email not received and order number not working

I ordered the s21 ultra and got the confirmation page where it says the order number and what email the confirmation and receipt will be sent to. However the order does not show up in my account , the order number does not work and I did not receive the email. 
idk what to do

I paid with paybright financing, and yes it was i have the confirmation and everything.

if you can try get a refund through them, if that doesn't work contact Samsung
