portrait mode / colour point

Hi , wonder if anyone can help.  I was taking fantastic shots selecting portrait mode then colour point where it would automatically grey the background and have concentrated in the centre,  for some reason it's not working now.  

Any ideas??

mines working ok. there are filters on the screen and there s the last filter that does grey background with coloured object
