I made a purchase on 16th November 2022 and converted play points into a £10 voucher for a specific game, Angry Birds 2. When I open the game and select a transaction for £18.99 the option to use this voucher isn't there. I'm wondering why this is please?

It was showing available to use at the time in game. It's showing in previous purchases at the moment within the play points section but not showing in the app.
