Picture to mp4 with several fiters

Hi,

on my samsung galaxy s21 ultra camera, I  have some pictures taken, that in the gallery app i can save them as mp4 with different filters applied while the video plays.

Same pictures plays as video with changing fiters.

I cannot figure out wich mode  or button is making this happen in camera. 

Please advise
