Photos are re-sizing!!! S21 Ultra

Hi all I seem to be having trouble with my photos, If I take them in the landscape position (on its side) I sometimes get the end result resized which then does not fill the screen!! and sometimes it actually shows up as a portrait! I only take pictures in landscape so I can crop when I want NOT when the phone wants to crop. Is there away around this......Thanks

Are you using the the 3.4 or 16.9 format?
There is a Full one as well.
Try the different formats and see if it helps.

I have it on full HD and 99.9% if I take a picture in landscape it fills the frame on viewback. But just now and then although it fills the screen when taking the pic, it does not fill the screen when viewing and at the top where the picture number is it actually say's picture resized.

Never seen picture number, how do you get that?

Try reset camera settings within the camera app and see if it helps.
