Not at all happy with a recent email from Samsung regarding my phone trade in against a new s21 as it was in perfect condition has anyone else had problems?
I have heard of lots of problems, I sent a s5e tab in for s7 tab they have got the tablet and confirmed it but still waiting for it to be processed so I'm expecting a load of c**p from them any time, what was said in your email?
hopefully that will be the same for me how long did you have to wait between your email saying they have got it and the email saying that it's successfully been processed?
with everything going on globally always being used as an excuse, if you haven't heard from them by say, 3 days to ship and following 5 working days, check up with them and give them a kick up the backside.
I waited close to a month for an inspection report of which they sent a photo of very bad quality and wanting an extra £25 ..my phone still had the protective covers on
sounds like £25 is coming my way too then, to be honest I can take that as it does have a small bump on the top of the frame but if it's any more than that they can take the whole lot back and will use the old tablet
