Hello, i got scammed of my phone, i know the imei and series, will that help to blacklist it? Phone is unlocked if that matters.

If its unlocked. Its not really feasible.
Can try and contact all the mobile networks. But they probably won't be interested

Yes go ahead and call your network provider you've been using the phone on and advise them to blacklist the phone which should block it from being used with any sim card.

Yeah, as Bandofbrothers has stated, your network carrier will have a record of the last IMEI registered. They will blacklist the device so that no other UK network will work on the phone.
