Phone calling issues

Hi all

Has anyone else been having this issue?

When I make a call it's as if the microphone is muted and people can't gear me

If I hit mute on then off people can then hear me on the call

Any ideas?

Try clearing the cache of your phone app @Steveak 

• Settings.
• Apps.
• Phone.
• Storage.
• Cache.

There is also a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App under the GetHelp Section and Diagnostic.

If needed a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone.
