Ordered S21 Ultra

I ordered 2x #S21Ultra with the bespoke colours on the 28th May. It was noted it will take between 2-4 weeks. Its now the 21st June and when I looked on my Samsung account, it still shows as "processing". Each time I contacted customer service, I got the same response because I chose the bespoke colours, it will take much longer to prepare. I'm finding #Samsung service deteriorating. 

Anyone else experienced this?

Hehe..I honestly cannot wait.
However I forgot to mention that they sent a text last Friday that it will be delivered on the 2nd of July..
