Order problem

Hello everyone

I recently ordered a s21 ultra form the website but I think I accidentally checked out as a guest so I haven't received an email from samsung so I don't know how to track?

I've tried contacting Samsung but they keep closing the chat, does anybody know how I can track it?

Already tried but nothing because I didn't use an email id so I only have the tracking number
