Hello, I ordered an S21 from Samsung UK website on 19th February and am quite concerned something isn't right, hopefully someone who went through the same process can confirm.
I have only received an "order acknowledgement" email and nothing else, while not overly concerning in itself, the order number contained in said email doesn't work when trying to track the order, I have tried both logged in and out of my account.
I was also taking the trade in deal for my current phone and have received no information on how to send it to Samsung, am I ment to do this after the new phone arrives? Would have expected instructions emailed.
Basically, what I'm asking is can someone tell me if this level of communication is normal and I should just wait or is it as I suspect and is something wrong, and why doesn't the order number work in tracking?

Following the email link unfortunately just shows "You do not have any items in your Orders" I believe this is probably due to not being logged in while ordering, in which case I should be able to track using the orderID/email/postcode/phone form yet this too shows "We were not able to find any order with details you provided.
Please check your order details and try again"
I think you are correct about the free buds claim and believe its to be done after receiving the phone.
