I have had an S21 on order for over 5 weeks with the date constantly being delayed. I have had enough and have asked to cancel my order, twice now. I seem to get through to call centres and the last operator said that there is a technical issue with cancelling it, although she has given me a reference code now. I don't want the phone anymore, and they owe me money. Does anyone have a UK number or email address I can escalate this too please? It's getting ridiculous and very stressful now.
Unfortunately Steve, that is the number I have been calling, very unhelpful. I was hoping for an email address. They promised me today they would email me to confirm cancellation but they haven't. I have never dealt with such a poor company!
