ONEUI5.1 breaking phone. Please help

I recently updated to ONE UI 5.1 and have since struggled with the phone shutting itself completely down at random times. There's no overloading of apps, I'm not even pushing the phone (ie. Watching YouTube or netflix, checking emails). Is there any fix? Can I undo the update? I just want to be able to use my S21+ phone, I only bought it in November, and it was new to me.

i have done all the suggestions on my previous post, attempted to factory reset the phone as a final resort... well that really did it in. i cant even complete setup of the phone now without it shutting down and restarting the whole process. unsure of what to do because the phone doesnt stay turned on long enough for me to do anything

Hi, contact Samsung customer service to make an appointment for them to have a look at your phone.

Hope this helps.

I'd agree with @Blessed4life 👍 that your next logical step would be to use a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Doorstep Repair Service if offered in your region.

Would you let us know how you get on please.

UPDATE:
I had a lovely man from WeFix round today who initially 'fixed' my S21+ by factory resetting it. After he handed it back to me, I attempted to set up the phone and it turned off again in my hands. I then handed it back to him and said it was still unfixed. So he took it back into the van, and around 1.5 hours later he returned and so far so good. The phone has not crashed again, he mentioned something about ports? Anyone any clue what he's done?
