ONEUI5.1 breaking phone. Please help

I recently updated to ONE UI 5.1 and have since struggled with the phone shutting itself completely down at random times. There's no overloading of apps, I'm not even pushing the phone (ie. Watching YouTube or netflix, checking emails). Is there any fix? Can I undo the update? I just want to be able to use my S21+ phone, I only bought it in November, and it was new to me.

Thank you so much, ironically as I was typing the reply to this message my phone turned off. Only had the members app open so I really don't think it crashed from over usage.
I will try and get the phone into recovery mode now and wipe the cache

Auto optimisation isn't turned on, was the first thing I checked.

@laurad2702  Have you also Repaired Apps from the same Recovery Menu?  I would give it a bit of time but if no resolution may need to Factory Reset after backing Up.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi yes, I did this at the same time as clearing the cache. Hoping there's a fix to the update before I reset

You are best to take to a Samsung service centre.

There could some loose connection somewhere.

Although I would recommend a Full reset and start from scratch.

I personally use Google one to backup my photos, contacts, WhatsApp and stuff.

I don't back up my apps or settings.

I also do a full reset once a month or after an update and its serves me well. Haven't really lost anything and plus it gives me a feeling of a new phone.

I install apps as and when I need.

I don't live near a service centre so I may just resort to backing up and resetting.
Thank you for taking the time to reply

Also do make a habit to check for app updates in both Samsung and Google store atleast once every week or so.
