What does this update actually bring to the table? 

To be honest the last big Android update didn't seem to change anything in my device too much.

What can I expect from this UI4.1 update, as everything seems the same.

Galaxy S21 Series

@Rusty5010  The main features coming to S21  range are  Night Portrait,Pet Recognition,Lightning PositionEditing,Telephoto Portrait Video, Improved Directors View and Snapchat Integration.  Had Expert Raw  and additional photo editing modes such as Object Eraser with my s21 Ultra earlier. https://www.androidcentral.com/how-use-object-eraser-samsung-phone
