One UI 5 beta.. Enrolled but no update..

Thought I'd start this thread in the hope a community manager can assist..

It seems some people, myself included, meet the criteria for the S21 beta programme, have enrolled, but still aren't seeing the download..

I appreciate the roll out could be gradual, but considering some are reporting enrolling on the programme later than others, and still getting the update almost immediately, it appears there may be an issue.

And it's very annoying more than anything else!!

As you can see, officially enrolled, hence the option to withdraw, but no update..

Yeah been through all that, I enrolled 5 hours ago and still nothing..

How strange, I enrolled as soon as it come out and the update appeared in less than 1 minute.

Is yours the standard S21?
I'm beginning to wonder if the beta software isn't on the servers for the other variants yet..

If you have an unlocked variant of the S21 series, it should be..
Is there an orange dot on the notifications icon at the top?
Or try swiping left or right through the banners at the top of the main page..

I bought my phone from o2 on contract but it is unlocked as I use a three sim also, no banner is showing anywhere

Can you go to Settings>About Phone>Software Information and post a screenshot?
