Any reply you receive will be a guesstimation as it all depends on the results of this latest Beta test firmware.
If all goes well, I would guess a mid-late November or early December roll-out of stock Android 12, One UI 4.
Last year, the S20 series started to receive stock Android 11 on December 3rd.
However, the Beta testing started earlier for the S21 series this year and my money is on mid'ish to late November for the roll-out to begin to non-carrier branded devices. Carrier branded devices typically take longer as we have seen from previous updates.
