To me looks like Samsung more interested to make more profit because only news in members application is about new products and links to buy them. But for things like beta program they don't have even approximate date when it will be released in UK. And no conversation from them side too

2nd beta is due next week for Germany and US. So chances are we might get it with them

At the moment we don’t have a start date for the One UI 4 Beta Program in the UK. These dates vary from country to country. Keep checking the Samsung Members App and Samsung Newsroom for the latest information.
