How do i know I am eligible for beta one ui 4, I have samsung S21 ultra?

Is your phone locked to a network? If its unlocked then there should be a banner on home screen when opening Samsung members app

I have an unlocked Samsung s21 ultra, I spoke to EE yesterday about unlocking my phone and they told me it's already unlocked but I have never received the android 12 banner on the members app , I'm gutted 🥺😪

To be honest android 12 isn't all that.... I have glitches and issues everyday.... I have a 3rd party I need for work and it won't run on android 12

I bought direct from Samsung and got it under notices in members app.

Works pretty well for my usage with little hiccups.

Making me more jealous now aha , well I will just be more excited for the full release then 😄, yeah got mine on contract from EE and nothing from members board , but the phone is already unlocked so maybe its only direct samsung purchases getting the beta 😑
