It's unbelievable but I'm trying use the on line store to buy a new Samsung Galaxy but there is no stock since December 20th. It's completely unacceptable. I'm a Samsung's costumer for a long time. I'm very upset.

Do you not realise there is a global chip shortage thanks to Covid.? THis is why there's a shortage of new cars etc. Not sure what Samsung or any other company can do but totally amazed you are oblivious to all this.
