Notification vibration diagnostics fail

I just tried running through some diagnostics on my Samsung S21 Ultra running the latest Android 12 software and Notification vibration doesn't appear to be working.

Samsung Members > Diagnostics > Vibration

Notification vibration: Action required

Vibration is working normally.

Notification vibration isn't working because of a temporary software issue. Restart your phone, then try again.

Call vibration is working ok and when my phone is unlocked and I receive a notification, I do get a vibration. Anyone else seeing this issue?

OK so I figured it out...

Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Notifications

It was set to blocked. I enabled notifications and it now works and passes the test.

It has to be deliberately turned on or it will only make a sound or be muted.

Mine didn't work either when I ran the diagnostic test, turned out it was the Touch Interaction that was switched off.

Touch interaction is turned on but the test still fails. It's only the diagnostic test that fails, notification vibrations do still work. Got to be an issue with the diagnostic software on Android 12 I guess.
