I'm not sure whats happened. Only a few days ago, my phone stopped recognising both of my sims in my phone. It happened to be after an update. I tried re inserting my sim tray again, restarting phone, doing all the trouble shooting. But nothing seems ro be working. I cant send texts or calls or even receive any for this matter.

Anyone know how to fix this?
Anyone else having same issue ?

Thank You

Hi @rukxx

That's not good at all  😔

We need to be connected 👍

Check your text messaging centre number.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim cards in another phone and then see what happens.

Also if possible try another sim card in your phone.

It could be an issue with your network masts or your accounts.

Performing the above will help determine this.

Also if possible speak with your networks support teams just to have your accounts and allowances checked.

If it is the phone then go into Settings,  General Management and reset the network connections.

Ensure the sim card tray is clean and free of debris and gently wipe the sim card chips.

There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App that may highlight an issue.

If all else fails try a factory reset after backing up.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre will be able to assess your phone @rukxx

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎
