Not getting one ui 4 update on s21

Please help, I've been checking software update option for one ui 4 update but it says that my software is up to date.

Dubai version, one ui 3.1, sm-g991b/ds

@Prize chakma Hello, the most frequent cause in this case is that the firmware of your phone is not intended for the UK market. Check the information in Settings / About phone / Software information and take a screenshot of the option: Software version of operator. We comment, greeting.

@Prize chakma According to my research the firmware is from United Arab Emirates (XSG). This is the reason why in my opinion it will not update the OS firmware.

So, would it be problematic if I manually update to android 12?

@Prize chakma If you master ROM flashing with Odin it is a possible solution, but otherwise I would not recommend proceeding.

Any idea when will I get one ui 4 update? I get really really jealous when one of my homie shows the new things of android 12 in s20+
