not downloading or updating

I've just got the new s21 ultra and I've tried downloading games on play store and all it says is pending please can some1 help thanks

Have you set to allow downloads if not connected to wifi

how do you do that is it in the play store app and settings

playstore, 3 lines top left, settings, auto update over any network.

when you first set up an android phone it will want you to connect to WiFi before updating the existing apps, either connect or let it go though your 3g/4g/5g connection but be aware of the data used (it adds up fast if you're not on a unlimited plan)

lastly, you can still hit the se 3 lines and go to "my apps" then "update all" or press each individually and allow updating

FYI sometimes if you have a VPN connected, it won't work. if you do either turn it off temporarily or set its location to the country you are in

thank you all for your help all it was that I had my Bluetooth on and when I turned it off it started updating and downloading 😀 thanks again people
