Hi, I'm struggling to get a promotion code so that I can access a launch promotion Samsung is having. To get your code you have to upload a receipt as confirmation of your purchase, but when I upload mine, choose purchase date and press next I only get an error. The error says something along the lines of ""Unknown: There is a problem. Try again later." Unknown : Det har oppstått et problem. Prøv igjen senere." I have tried multiple times now but nothing seems to work. I'm also trying to contact Samsung support, but because of COVID they have reduced their opening hours. So I was wondering if anyone else might have experienced something similar? Or if anyone might know of any solutions?
