My last update was on 1st May 2021 so my phone hasn't had an updates or nothing till then, only bought the phone last year. How can I get android 13 ,I have tried everything, phones samsung several times and still not getting back to me. Anyone have a suggestion.

Where did you purchase the phone? Amazon or Ebay? You probably have a phone not meant for the country you live in.
You could try to update using Smart Switch for PC on a computer.

Is this phone definitely a UK model? You may wish to try Smart Switch,need to connect Device to computer. Information here: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/
