This is so annoying and worrying. First time I've used upgrade program. I received my S21ultra two days early, on the Wednesday, 27th. I've emailed Samsung recycle help desk twice. They're very good to answer emails. Both times they've said the envelope is in post to me...but I've still not got it...what if I can't return my S20+ within the 14 days. Any ideas,

Have similar issue myself & concerned not going to get here 😪 Not sure what we can do.

Any Samsung admins here that can assist?

I've got the same problem, I think the returns company is called Brightside. EE need to give them a kick up the backside

I received my return pack a week after receiving my new s21+. But I almost over looked it because it was in an envelope that didn't look like it was from Samsung. Image below.
