Hi! I ordered an S21 ultra white yesterday. After i paid, i did see that they said they'll send me an email to detail how to send in my old phone. I never received an order number nor did I receive a confirmation email. My bank said the transaction is pending but would go through. I have been trying to call customer care the whole day and i have been on hold. I also tried the live chat and the guy disconnected without helping me.
I am not sure what to do at this point since I have exhausted all my options. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
