No notification sound

Any one else having problem with no notification sound on s20 ultra when receiving Txt messages and what’s app? Just vibrates instead. It comes and goes it’s weird  When someone rings there is sound tried all settings spoke to Samsung they went though all settings as well but still not resolved problem.  But be a bug after last update

Im having the same on A71 no notification sounds on whats app or messenger.. I turned my phone off and on again and it worked for a while but now back too no notifications again

When someone rings you are you getting sound then?

yes I get a ring tone but no message notification.. I have to keep checking my phone for notifications its so Frustrating

Yeah it’s really frustrating. I been looking on forum a few more people as well have posted the same issue

Same. No notification sounds whatsoever. Was fine for a few days after delivery, then no notification sounds at all. Reset all app preferences, restarted, and it worked... for about two hours. Now, no sounds again. Very pissed off right now.

Have you spoke to Samsung.
