So, I Haven't received any new updates for my s21 ultra since the June security patch. Anyone know why?

@henners1999 Hi, does your device have the software intended for the UK market? Otherwise, you will not receive security updates and major system updates.
Try to update your phone using the Smart switch app. Greetings.

Yes as its on contract with EE. I'll try the smart switch app now.

On the other hand, to find out your firmware, post a screenshot of the section: Settings/About phone/Software information/Service provider software version. Greetings.

@henners1999 you have the firmware completely correct, this is not the reason that causes the failure.
If, the phone is not rooted, I would recommend, 1. Delete cache partition and Repair apps from recovery / follow internet tutorial, with great caution. 2. Reset the device to factory settings, with previous backup, of course .In some cases this has solved problems, like yours.Wait, in case another user could give you a less laborious solution.A greeting.
