If, the phone is not rooted, I would recommend, 1. Delete cache partition and Repair apps from recovery / follow internet tutorial, with great caution. 2. Reset the device to factory settings, with previous backup, of course .In some cases this has solved problems, like yours.Wait, in case another user could give you a less laborious solution.A greeting.
