@Akash199111: Updates are rolled out in batches, and are subject to availability based on factors such as location, network and purchase date. All I can recommend is heading to Settings > Software Update > Auto Download Over Wi-Fi, and toggling this on to allow you to grab any updates when then become available in your region. Furthermore, head to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Other Security Settings > Security Policy Updates > On.
The AUG4 update has been released at long last for those with carrier branded S21 devices for the U.K. network Three on CSC code H3G.
It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.
Only took 21 days since the original release of AUG4.
