No confirmation email & order not showing

Hello all, I've ordered a device under unidays samsung.de website since I'm a student studying in Germany. I've made the payment via card. Indid not get any email notification nor can I see any order under My Orders tab. Please help me. I've tried live chatting for hours , it gets automatically closed by a bot. I've send them a mail as well. My financial condition isn't good, I don't want to lose my money.

This is very common, Samsung gaves lots of stories the most plausible being an issue with their ordering system.

Hey bud, do I have to worry about it? Or I'll get my device delivered.

Nearly all my items ordered over the past 6 months never had a confirmation email. Wasting hours on chats or calls sometimes get a response. It's worse at the moment with big order delays, worse still is chasing Samsung for the invoice as mine also did not arrive, required if you are making a promotional claim.

Ah I see. I wasn't aware of that. But you did hey your items delivered right?
