No Bluetooth connectivity since 13 update

My Galaxy S21 Ultra will no longer connect to Bluetooth on car andriod headunit it is visible in list on headunit but says it cant connect no functionality.

Tried my wife's galaxy A40 and that still connects fine as did mine untill update.

Any help would be helpful is it 

possible to reverse update

Bluetooth audio shows connected on the vehicle, but will not play.

Hi tried several times with Samsung Tech who ask me to try mant different solutions but to no avail. I got intouch with the headunit manufacturer who sent me a firmware and Andriod update it now works with Audio and Calls and with Andriod Auto. the only part that does not work I'd the phonebook will not copy over but not an issue to be honest. Perhaps once Samsung as finished investigating it will release an update
