Galaxy S21 Series
After updating to Android 13 on my s 21 ultra i can't use my phone for any nfc payment like Google pay or Samsung pay. The payment machine is not recognising my phone and in the Google wallet app its showing the error can't use payment because phone detected rooted or uncertified software

Android 13 isn't out for the S21 series yet. The final release has only just been released for the S22 series. Have you downloaded the Beta version for the S21 Ultra? If so then this is the reason your payments aren't working.

Are you on a Beta Version of the software @ajinsm as mentioned by @Barrie-Wilson 

Banking apps won't typically work unfortunately.
