My bank app for contactless payment stopped working from early July all at sudden. I read already other related topics and I Tried to clear cache, turn off/on the NFC, reset to factory settings and, of course, have been trying for months for solutions with the bank employees to solve the issue but no luck. Tried also without a cover but nothing changed. The app is called BOV pay. It is really frustrating and I assume it could also be related to some updates installed since the service disruption happened all at sudden.
Is there a way to fix this problem?
If you insert your sim card into another phone that has NFC does your contact less payments work @Members_BZYTKyz ?
Can you try with Google Pay or Samsung Wallet ?
