New Update unable to call 999

Hi, after the new November update. I can not set 999 (UK emergency services) as my SOS contact. I tried to add it as a custom number but says it is not recognised.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Tryba soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On then try again @Members_XIuzvXf
