New super fast charger

Received my s21 ultra on Tuesday and as it doesn't come with a type c charger 3 network sold me a new charger that's compatible. They only sent me an apple fast charger in white, ok it's type c but its only 20w and Samsung has released the super fast charger that is 25w so I'm going to sort this in a bit when they open. Has anyone else been missold the incorrect charger or didn't realise that there is a super fast charger out now.

I believe the standard power brick is 25w,so if you have an old Samsung phone, the the old power brick should work fine

hi yes I've got a spare fast charger and tried it again it pops up fast charging but the new charger on the website say super fast charging that it states the phone.

The S21 does not support 45w. It only supports 25w. 

These 25w chargers and wires are available on the samsung store. Black is out of stock. White is available for preorder. 

Or you can get just the 25w plug on its own.

ok but what charger makes the super fast charging appear when plugged in as my old charger is 20 watt from my s10+

I have an s10+ and im 99% sure its not 20w the charger that is. 

You will be required to order the 25w charger from Samsung to get the full speed charging. Alternative 25w capable charges may work but id always stick genuine.
