New S21 Ultra Order

I have recently ordered a new S21 Ultra from the Samsung site.  When I went to check my order today, I typed in the order number from the confirmation email I received and the message 'could not find an order with that number' came up.  I'm a bit worried now!

i saw a couple of these, it shouldnt be an issue if you have the digital reciept

As long as you have a confirmation email listing the items in your order your are fine! When did you place your order?

I also had this: i ordered the phone whilst NOT logged into my Samsung account but tried to see the update when logged in....try both depending on if you were logged in during order.

secondly use your postcode for the second data set rather then phone number (purely to avoid the country code on phone number or not +447977xxxx Vs 07977xxx)
