I ve been having issues with my S21 after the the android 12 update.
Network keeps drooping & mobile data will switch on and off continuously. I updated my mobile on the 4 January 2022. Immediately after the upate the phone crashed and now I can't even make a phone call.
Has anyone found a fix, I have wiped the cache, restarted the phone, reset the network connections and even got a new sim with new network packages/text.
I am at the end of my tether, no acknowledgement from samsung if it was just mobile data or WiFi you could get by but I can't make or receive calls it cuts out.
Please reach out if you have
I have an s21 ultra in pristine condition and have the exact same fault .
Its been like this since around Oct 2021. Continuously loosing 5g and 4g network at all times. Can't hold a stable connection what so ever on either 5g and 4g if I changed the network to 3g works fine at all times.
Extremely disappointed with Samsung with this luckily I carry a works phone with me coincidentally it's also a Samsung however the note 20 ultra and that works fine no problem and geus what they are both on the same network!!
It definitely isn't anything to do with the network it's the phone itself. I have a repair booked with Samsung tommorow I'll let you know how I get on
S20 here and it started acting up on me (especially for wifi) after the latest update. Doesn't even SEE my 2.4 network anymore where it used to be full bars (where 5ghz 1 bar, because walls). The only thing changed was a phone update.
I have Samsung galaxy note 10 plus and started getting network issues after updating to android 12 three days ago. Can not make or receive voice calls and if I am lucky to connect, the call just drops out. Accessing the internet is also a challenge- on briefly then off. Tried my sim card on other Samsung phones and all work fine but working sims on other phones don't work on my phone. I have done all that I can including a network reset and finally a factory reset, but all to no avail. Don't know what to do again.
