Network issue...never samsung again

I got a 21 ultra. I had 4 samsung phones in the past but I'll never have one again. The 21 is just a piece of s... It looses network connecrivity every 30 seconds, sometimes every 10 seconds. All the solutions suggested in the forum just work for 10 seconds. Should i swich off the phone or the airplane mode on and off every 10 seconds? It is incredible that there are forums about this issue almost 1 year old and samsung has done nothing about it.

For working i am forced to use a old LG as thetering and it works perfectly!

As a process of elimination can you try another sim card in your phone @Gcanducci  to see what happens.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre is the best place to have the phone looked at.

Tried with 2 sim on different countries and different companies...

A Samsung Service  Centre told me that Samsung knows about the problem on the Exynos versions but won't acknowledge it 😘 thank you Samsung... Never again 1300€ brick I have... Thank you very much for real.
