Nd filters and motion blur

Can anyone recommend some top quality nd filters specific to the 21 ultra please? 

It's almost impossible to get motion blur, silky smooth water when taking pictures in any kind of light. 

Even in pro mode you have to keep the shutter open for longer periods which results in a way over exposed picture.

Samsung if you read this, please add a preset setting for light trails, silky smooth water and allow a small bit of motion blur when using photo made.

I got a neewer clip Nd filter, doesn't go that dark so got an additional 43mm Nd 1000x by Gobe (now called Urth) to screw on....

How do you find the neewer fits on the camera bezel?

The neewer products are fantastic but a tad pricy. I don't mind spending the money aslong as the fitment is spot on.

Please let me know your thoughts

There can be a small amount of vignette, our lenses are pretty large on these phones.

I bought an unbranded cheapy version and it was horrible. This neewer one definitely feels well made and the lens quality is good.

I got the 37mm clip on for £10 on a Amazon warehouse deal, but they usually sell for £18.

I didn't bother with the £30+ kit as I wouldn't use the other lenses.

Yeah I hear you on the kits. I have no interest in the likes of fish eye lenses etc.

I just want a good quality nd so I can open that shutter for longer to allow blur without over exposing.

This pic for example, the propellers should have motion.

Increasing the shutter speed just over exposed the pic rendering it useless.

Come on Samsung its not hard for you to add this feature in to camera settings and menu
