Music plays automatically when I use my bluetooth headphones

When I turn on my Bluetooth headphones and they connect to my phone, music automatically plays. How do I disable this?

I have the same problem, and it always seems to play Barry White 🙄

What app do you use to play music because sometimes in the settings of that app, there is an option to start playing music as soon as a device is connected

I have the same issue.  Music app - Youtube music, Phone - S22 Ultra, Galaxy buds 2 LTE

You probably already managed to fix this, but I'm posting this for other users that may have the same problem. You have to go to the settings of the app that's auto launching, NOT the phone settings. In my case PlayerPro was launching on my Galaxy S23. In my case it was Settings => Headset => Bluetooth autostart (untick option).

Oh MAN!!! I've been looking for this for a month. I love Player Pro but that should be a setting left to the users to check off. Thanks for your help!!
