microphone not working on call

Dear Team,

I update  Android Version 13. after 1st Dec 2022 security update received. update the same. then after microphone not working on call, but call thru speaker then working.

after security update not working  factory reset then after microphone not working on call.

how to fix the same. please advice

@BIMAL PATEL: Head over to your dial pad in the Phone app and type in *#0283#, then select “Start: RCV_1stMic” and speak into your phone like you’re on a call. Can you hear yourself talk? Once you’ve done that select “Start: SPK_2ndMic”, talk into your phone like you’re talking to someone on speaker phone. Can you hear the playback?
