Keyboard continues to not appear will texting, using programs. Seems like a touch screen issue. Have to reboot to correct.

Camera delays when clicking shutter button

Many programs crash , weather tracking, maps, even Outlook. 

The arrow, square and hamburger at bottom won't appear, have to reboot

Have you always had these issues, if not, when did they start, after an update?
In the meantime, I recommend clearing your system cache and trying diagnostics in the Get Help tab on the Members app.
