Making and Receiving Call Quality

Having issues with call quality, sounds like under water etc wether it's me hearing them or them me ( they also have S21 Ultra

Mobile network are blaming the phone ( sim free model not contract etc, purchased outright )

Anyone else had these issues?

Are you using wifi calling, volte, etc ? if not, could you try using different methods to call ? see if the results are the same ?

I noticed my 4g calling gives an under water almost muddy effect to the voices, like its chopping.

But that is probably because I am on o2 in a location where o2 sucks

I've got WiFi calling enabled, tried disabling it and even changed preferred network to 4G to disable 5G etc

Same results, so at a loss on what it could be, it's the same on my wife's S21 Ultra
