Main câmera shaking / rattling

My main camera when filming or taking a picture is shaking rattling Is this a software problem or phone problem Does anyone could help Thank you

Your video is awaiting approval so cannot be viewed yet.

The camera would typically make a rattling noise when not in use due to the camera lens that floats in the camera module. This would only be evident when a person shakes the phone and then intentionally listens for the noise.

However it shouldn't be that evident when using the camera meaning the lens is engaged, however if a person does unnaturally shake the phone it would have the potential to make a noise.

If your concerned then let a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre have hands on with your phone.

Problem. Is the video is shaking  , like a windy motion.  Hard to explain  whe  they approve I'll be possible  to see what I'm talking  about .

How about settings, Apps, Camera , Storage , Clear Cache.
