I'm locked out of my new s21 .put finger print id. Don't remember putting password. How do I unlock my phone?

No. Thank you for replying.Just put my finger print ID. The next thing I know is that I need to put in my password/which I don't recall setting up?

I would 100% recommend this . Once you select unlock you'll have set up password/pin/fingerprint again.

when you setup your fingerprint, it will always prompt you to put a second form of security in the form of a pattern or password for in the case it doesn't work.

try the suggestion, but you would have setup the password so maybe try something obvious you would normally use?

did you activate " find my phone " ?  if so you can unlock it from there.  I  had exactly the  same problem as yourself . Fortunately i had ticked the " location "  box on my phone . Otherwise its a full factory re set im afraid.
